Please read these rules carefully before participating. Registration confirms acceptance of all contest rules and policies.

1. Eligibility

  • Contest is open to participants across India.
  • Categories: Preschool (2–6 Years), Children (7–15 Years), Adult (16–80 Years).
  • Participants under 18 years must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.
  • For Preschool and Children categories, the registration, submission and contact details must belong to the parent or legal guardian. These details are used only for contest-related communication in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Indian Art Contest reserves the right to verify participant eligibility.

2. Registration

  • Registration is confirmed only after successful payment of the registration fee.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Registration does not guarantee selection as a winner.
  • Participants may register first and submit artwork before the submission deadline.
  • Keep your payment confirmation until the contest season is completed.

3. Eligible Artwork Types

  • Paintings, Sketches, Crafts, Digital Art, Mandalas, Zentangles, Doodles, Sculptures, Fluid Art, Mehndi, Glass Painting, Wall Painting, Calligraphy, Face Painting, Tattoos, String Art, Clay Art, Paper Art, Resin Art, Origami and many more creative art forms.

4. Artwork Submission

  • Contest is conducted completely online.
  • Submit artwork only through the official submission form.
  • Upload artwork together with the payment screenshot.
  • Only JPEG (.jpg) and JPG (.jpeg) image formats are accepted.
  • PDF files and other document formats are NOT accepted.
  • Maximum file size: 10 MB per artwork.
  • Upload a clear, properly lit and uncropped image of your artwork.
  • Blurred, incomplete or unsupported files may not be accepted.
  • Late submissions will not be accepted.

5. Originality of Artwork

  • Every artwork must be the participant's own original creation.
  • AI-generated artwork is strictly NOT allowed.
  • Copying, tracing, plagiarism or copyright infringement will result in disqualification.
  • Participants retain ownership of their artwork.

6. Intellectual Property

  • By participating, you allow Indian Art Contest to display submitted artwork for judging, results, certificates, E-Magazine, website, social media and promotional purposes related to the contest.

7. Judging Process

  • Entries are judged on Creativity, Originality, Technique, Presentation and Overall Artistic Quality.
  • The judges' decision is final and binding.
  • Individual scores and remarks will not be shared.
  • Attempts to influence judges or organizers may lead to disqualification.

8. E-Certificate

  • Every eligible participant receives a Digital E-Certificate.
  • Certificates are generally issued within about 2 hours after successful submission, although delays may occur due to technical or administrative reasons.
  • If not received, check Inbox, Spam/Junk folder, then contact us.

9. Free Digital E-Magazine

  • Every participant receives a complimentary Digital E-Magazine after result declaration containing winning artworks, featured artworks, blogs and contest highlights.

10. Season 18 Important Dates

  • Last Date for Artwork Submission: 15 August 2026.
  • Result Announcement: 31 August 2026 at 9:00 PM.

11. Fair Participation & Unfair Practices

  • AI-generated artwork is prohibited.
  • No plagiarism, tracing or copyright infringement.
  • No false information or fraudulent registrations.
  • No abusive behaviour.
  • No attempts to influence judges.
  • Any unfair activity affecting contest integrity is prohibited.

12. Disqualification

  • Participants violating contest rules, submitting AI artwork, plagiarized work, false information or late entries may be disqualified without refund.

13. Prize Claim

  • Every winner will receive an official prize claim email after result declaration.
  • Winners must claim their prizes within 5 days of receiving the email.
  • Failure to respond within the specified period may result in forfeiture of the prize.

14. Shipping Policy

  • Participation Packages, Hardcopy Certificates and other merchandise are generally dispatched within 7–21 days after processing.
  • Customized products may require additional production time and therefore may take longer.

16. General Terms

  • Participation indicates acceptance of all contest rules and policies.
  • Indian Art Contest reserves the right to modify schedules, rules, prizes or procedures whenever necessary.
  • The organizer's decision is final in all contest matters.
